MyFurri collects only the information necessary to provide app functionality, including pet profiles, care logs, photos, and caregiver access. We do not sell personal data.
PAL & AI Processing
Conversations with PAL are processed by a third-party AI service provider in order to generate responses. We retain data related to PAL chats for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your data is used only to:
Caregiver Sharing
When you invite a caregiver, they can view and contribute to the pet profiles you share with them. You control who has access and can remove caregivers at any time.
Your Data, Your Control
Your information is stored securely. You may update your information at any time, and you can delete your account and associated data directly within the app under Settings, or by contacting us at support@myfurri.com.
Children's Privacy
MyFurri is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app. Continued use of MyFurri after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
